Blam APS

Blam is a dynamic nonprofit collective of under‑35 women architects, active since 2018 in Salerno, Southern Italy, and beyond. We specialise in culture‑based urban regeneration, transforming underused heritage and public spaces through social innovation, co‑design, community engagement, consulting, research, and non‑formal training What we do: - Regeneration & consulting: co‑design strategies with public agencies, third‑sector entities, and private partners to reuse existing buildings and foster innovative community spaces . - Projects & impact: flagship initiatives include the activation of "iMorticelli” community space in Salerno, Italy; “Habitat” urban ecological school, “Lost in Transition!” sustainability accelerator, and “PLURALE” inclusive cultural forum—all backed by national ministries and regional bodies. - Training & research: we incubate non‑formal learning through workshops, summer schools, capacity‑building, partnerships with universities, and produce scientific publications and impact evaluations Blam seeks Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2, as well as CREA partners to co‑create international consortia around urban regeneration, cultural heritage, sustainability, and community engagement. With a proven track record in funded initiatives and a strong local network across Italy, we bring applied research, design expertise, and community‑oriented training to transnational projects.
