GÜÇDER - Production, Work and Solidarity Association for Youth

Youth Production, Work and Solidarity Association (GÜÇDER) is a dynamic NGO committed to supporting the social, cultural, and environmental development of young people. Rooted in nature appreciation, sustainability, and sports awareness, we offer youth educational and experiential opportunities focused on green skills, entrepreneurship, solidarity, and intercultural dialogue. Based in Erzincan, in the heart of Eastern Anatolia, our organization particularly targets rural and urban youth through non-formal education methods promoting eco-friendly lifestyles. Through camping activities, nature walks, and social projects, we aim to empower young people to express themselves, develop leadership skills, and increase their social participation. GÜÇDER actively cooperates with European Union Erasmus+ and other international programs to strengthen the capacities of youth workers and enhance young people’s contributions to sustainable development. By developing innovative projects around nature, sports, and social entrepreneurship, we support young people locally and internationally to become more active, conscious, and productive citizens. Our core values include participation, equality, environmental awareness, and solidarity, which guide all our activities. Unlocking youth potential, nurturing global citizenship, and contributing to societal progress are among GÜÇDER’s top priorities.
