La Cybergrange

La Cybergrange is a Strasbourg-based organization that runs digital and technical mediation projects for a wide range of audiences. Our historical presence in priority neighborhoods makes us particularly concerned with social and educational issues. Our mission is to run three local venues - the latest but not least being the Shadok, a 2000m² facility dedicated to the learning and good use of digital tools of all sorts. Our purpose is always the same throughout all our actions: to help citizens of all ages to take hold of technologies and techniques as a path towards emancipation and skills acquisition. We focus on 4 main fields of activity: - Training and access to employment, access to rights in a context of dematerialization of public service procedures, - Everyday digital uses (home computer equipment, learning, managing screen time with children, digital social relations on social networks, e-consumption... - Digital education and creation : video games, learning to code, experimenting, making and creating objects... - Upcycling, reuse and do-it-yourself via digital manufacturing : 3D printing, digital embroidery...
