NGO "Human. Initiative. Community." (H.I.C.) has been active since 2011. It has eight members. NGO "H.I.C." goal is to foster community development in Latvia's rural areas, promote civic engagement among residents, and implement activities and methods that enhance residents' civic interest and responsibility.
