We are seeking experienced European partners to collaborate in an innovative capacity-building project focused on digital transformation, AI-supported rehabilitation practices, SCORM-based digital content development, and data ethics within adult education in the probation context. Our institution aims to strengthen the digital competencies of psychologists, social workers, sociologists, teachers and probation officers working in adult rehabilitation services. Through a 5-day structured training activity, we plan to explore AI-driven assessment tools, digital rehabilitation modules, SCORM-compliant e-learning design, and ethical data management approaches applied across European probation systems. What we are looking for: • Organisations experienced in probation, community sanctions, offender rehabilitation, or digital adult education • Institutions using AI-supported risk assessment, behavioural modelling, or digital rehabilitation tools • Training centres capable of delivering hands-on workshops on SCORM, digital learning and ethical data practices • Partners willing to exchange good practices and host short-term training What we offer: • Strong institutional commitment and motivated project team • Long-term cooperation potential • Opportunity to co-develop a sustainable Digital Learning Hub and an AI-Supported Rehabilitation Learning Model • Structured dissemination through national and regional platforms If your organisation works on AI, digital rehabilitation, behavioural analytics, digital learning, SCORM, or innovation in justice/probation systems, we would be delighted to collaborate.
