IRIGEM provides vocational training courses to fulfil EQF3 education requirements in the fields of graphic design, IT, and wellness for students aged 15 to 18. It also offers professional diploma programmes for IT technicians (EQF4) and qualification courses for beauticians and hairdressers. Post-diploma programmes include a specialised course for Cultural Heritage Restoration Technicians (EQF5), highly valued by young people seeking a recognised professional profile across Europe. In addition, IRIGEM carries out several initiatives to prevent school dropout in partnership with local schools, funded through EU programmes and specific projects. IRIGEM has been delivering training programmes for this target group for over 20 years, continuously adapting and updating its projects in response to the needs of families, students, the labour market, and society. IRIGEM is accredited by the Veneto Region in the areas of career guidance, initial training, higher education, continuing education, and employment services. Its projects are funded by public sources, including European funds, managed through the Italian Ministry of Labour and the Veneto Region. Thanks to its extensive experience in managing EU-funded projects, IRIGEM also designs and delivers initiatives for other schools in the Veneto region, particularly for secondary school students seeking to improve their foreign language skills through mobility experiences abroad (MOVE calls of the Veneto Region). IRIGEM was the first training institution in Veneto to obtain ISO 9001 certification. Since then, it has defined a detailed organisational chart including departments, functions, and responsibilities. Within the Planning and Development section, IRIGEM has established the R.EU Area – European Projects and Partnerships Manager, responsible for coordinating international activities. The organisational chart identifies company representatives and working groups, ensuring clear allocation of tasks and accountability. IRIGEM participated as an operational partner in the ERASMUS+ project aimed at professionals working with NEET youth, “ECVET and OER based assessment and training of guidance practitioners working with NEETs” - ID Number 2015-IT01-KA, managed by Studio Risorse Srl in Matera (PT). Previously, IRIGEM participated both as lead partner and operational partner in two EQUAL II Phase projects: “Supporting the Goldsmith Districts: participatory strategies for a sector in crisis” PS: IT-S2-MDL-084 and “For an Interethnic Entrepreneurship” Equal II Phase – PS: IT-32-MDL-083.
