DO SVETA

The DO SVETA NGO - our activities is providing training and prevention activities in the whole South Czech region. The main focus is in the primary prevention and non-formal education, learning by experience. We work with 6000 members per year. We run an experiential courses for school children and students, educative projects for pedagogues and workers with youth and also training courses for peer activist. Most of us are teachers of religions and experiential learning pedagogy and psychotherapist. Our mission is to educate the others in many competencies on different levels, individual, intercultural, intellectual, psycho-social. In our activities we deal with different subjects using non-formal learning, learning by experience and informal learning: nature and human nature, combating racism, xenofobia and antisemithism, problems of our civilization as a drug abusing, risky sexual behavior, tolerance in spirituality, prejudicies and stereotypes, bullying, environmental disasters and inability to leave modern technologies and culture. We made many trainings courses under Youth in Action programme. Last two year 3 per year, so we have a good practice and administrative competencies and personal backround for good managing of european projects.
