Development Cultural Educational Center NatAna

NatAna – Development and Cultural Education Center is a non-governmental, non-profit organization based in Serbia, working in the fields of youth work, non-formal education, and civic engagement. The organization aims to empower young people and local communities through educational, cultural, and participatory activities. NatAna focuses on promoting active citizenship, human and children’s rights, democratic values, gender equality, and intercultural dialogue. Our work is implemented through workshops, trainings, debates, public discussions, and project-based learning activities, with a strong emphasis on critical thinking, inclusion, and social responsibility. The organization has experience in implementing local and regional projects, working with young people, teachers, and youth workers, as well as with socially marginalized groups. NatAna actively supports multicultural coexistence and regional cooperation, particularly in Southeast Europe, by connecting young people from different social and cultural backgrounds. NatAna cooperates with schools, civil society organizations, and local institutions, and applies non-formal education methods in line with European youth work standards. Through its activities, the organization contributes to strengthening youth participation, social cohesion, and democratic development.
