Nezavisna udruga mladih

Nezavisna udruga mladih (NUM) - The Independent Youth Association (IYA) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization founded by YOUTH, independently run by YOUTH, and working with YOUTH and for YOUTH. We have been active since 2002, when a certain group of young people had a small lightbulb over their heads that reminded them of the problem of the lack of sufficient youth activities, initiatives and/or programs in the entire Lepoglava area. Then, these young people did not wait to see if they would solve the problem themselves or if someone else would solve it, but invested their activist spirit, knowledge, skills and free time in solving the problem and made a step forward compared to the previous situation. We still work on this principle today. We are guided by the values of transparency, teamwork, togetherness, activism, inclusion and equality, and - most importantly - listening!
