Edafos Europe APS

Edafos Europe is an Italian non-profit organisation that supports schools and third-sector organisations in designing activities and delivering Erasmus+ mobility programmes, with the aim of ensuring people can access inclusive, safe and truly meaningful experiences. We believe mobility should be more than travel: it should be a well-structured learning journey, with strong pedagogical value and long-lasting positive impact. We assist organisations throughout the full project cycle, from needs analysis and objective setting, to participant preparation, operational delivery, monitoring and evaluation. Our services include scouting and coordinating hosting organisations, placements, training, tutoring and on-going support during the experience, with a focus on quality, sustainability and manageable reporting. In Italy, we also work in the social sector to promote equal opportunities and prevent discrimination, with a strong focus on young people, gender equality, and the inclusion of persons with disabilities. Our approach combines project expertise with genuine care for people: we build reliable networks, strengthen organisational capacity, and value diversity as a resource—so that Europe becomes truly accessible to everyone.
