We work with NGOs, foundations, social enterprises, cooperatives, EU-funded projects and mission-led teams. Most of our work starts in the same place: there's important work happening, and the way it's being described isn't doing it justice. What we do: communications strategy, messaging, narrative and story work, advocacy communications, content planning, workshops and training, and reporting support. We also work on impact measurement and management. The two go together: you can't tell a convincing story about your impact if you're not clear on what you're measuring or what it's telling you. We help teams sort out what change they're aiming for, track it honestly, and write about it in plain language. We've worked on gender equality, civil society, cooperatives, climate and sustainability, social impact and rights-based work, in Türkiye and internationally. We work in English and Turkish. There are two of us and we do the work ourselves, so you're always talking to the people actually doing it. We tend to help teams slow down, cut the noise, and figure out what actually needs saying. We'd rather leave you able to do this yourselves than have you keep coming back to us. Simply put: we help good organisations show their impact clearly, without overclaiming, oversimplifying, or losing the human bit.
