Equi-Vision supports unemployed young people who lack confidence and motivation. This lack of self-esteem creates barriers that prevent individuals from taking that life-changing step into adult education in order to gain the qualifications that they need to broaden their opportunities in the wider community. Equi-Vision offer non-formal training, and provide an alternative environment to young people disengaged from mainstream education. We encourage entrepreneurship, and equip people with the necessary tools for self-employment. Equi-Vision create projects that are designed to engage young people, and provide individual learning and employment plans that take people into work and education. We give young people a voice, and provide on-going support to enable them to realise their vision for the future.
