Youth Participation and Intercultural Dialogue Association (YPIDA), is founded on October 2008 in Ankara for supporting the development of youth in order to become active citizens and to participate in social and democratic life in their societies. During the last 8 years YPIDA have reached its own vision and have changed life's of citizens by organizing more than 20 international successful trainings, seminars, conferences as well as more than 10 national and local projects. Today, YPIDA is creating new strategies and goals based on the needs of today's world and establishing new branches in order to have more direct with youth in different countries and is about to be officially registered as INGYO with headquarters in Germany. The main reason is that, we have cooperated or educated more than 1000 of youngsters and through their organziations more than 100000 youth have been in with YPIDA in various ways. YPIDA is a community of young entrepreneurs which made the legal representation of a budget of more than 500.000.00€ Besides having financial capacity, YPIDA is also a dedicated community of education volunteers who help young people to develop themselves, to be aware of the social and cyclical events, to make a difference, experience different culture, religion, life style, working methods. Today, our expert network reached the capacity of development and execution of various projects from intercultural dialogue, conflicts resolution, social inclusion, unemployment, global warming, social media, migration, human rights, voluntarism and others. One of the most important role of YPIDA today that is known in several regions proudly we can say that, YPIDA is a dialogue bridge which has wide web and cooperate with different organizations around the world from Europe to Africa, America to Australia, Caucasus to Balkans. Today, we keep on building new strategy plans for upcoming 5 years period starting with refugees inclusion, inter-religious dialogue, innovative participation model development, entrepreneurship, creative skills and knowledge alliance building and others. After several years of experience today YPIDA with its own strong knowledge, experience and expert capacity keeps on being the role model for several new NGOs and governmental institutions in different regions of the world and becoming the agenda setter in building effective and successful policy maker.
