About Our Organization SEEDS Foundation: Empowering Youth and Communities for a Sustainable Future. Founded as a youth initiative in 2003 and officially registered as a non-profit in Jordan in 2007, SEEDS Foundation has driven positive youth development for more than ten years. Through our experience and partnerships, we continue to enrich the understanding of how to connect young people with hope, jobs, and a brighter future. We are dedicated to empowering youth and communities through innovative programs focused on sustainable development, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Anchored by our mission, we are constantly deepening our engagement with local communities in rural and urban areas and building new partnerships to provide scalable, sustainable solutions for the most challenging problems faced by youth. Our Vision: To invest in young people to possess the power to solve the world’s toughest problems. Our Mission: At the heart of our efforts is to enhance capacity building for young men and women to succeed as citizens, employees, entrepreneurs, and change-makers to achieve their full potential and shape the future with power and confidence. Key Achievements & Major Projects This section immediately highlights your most impressive work and success stories. Key Achievements: Global Forums: We successfully hosted the 9th Global Land Forum in the Dead Sea in 2022, gathering over 800 participants from 78 countries. A major highlight was our role in hosting the 1st Global Youth and Land Forum in Ajloun, with 140 youth from 38 countries. You can visit the event website here: www.globallandforum.org. Environmental Action: We are a key partner in the National Reforestation Program, where we are responsible for planting 100 dunams. We also initiated and currently host the National Land Alliance, in partnership with 18 organizations. Entrepreneurship & Employability: We run business development centers in villages like Dana, Qaydisiyah, and Alqwayerah, providing specialized training to help youth and women turn their ideas into successful projects. Youth Leadership: We have extensive experience in implementing leadership training workshops and are proud to have collaborated on projects with organizations from different European countries under the Erasmus+ program. Our Objectives To serve as a hub for sharing aspirations, ideas, and experiences, consolidating cooperation and solidarity for developing common agendas and programs on issues affecting youth in Jordan. To enhance the capacities of local communities, organizations, and institutions, including women and youth, to respond to their concerns and issues at different levels. To encourage youth to participate at all levels and engage with relevant national, regional, and international activities related to our goals. To strengthen linkages, networking, and co-ordination with other organizations and movements for the realization of the aspirations of youth and young women.
