Our main objectives are: • empowering youth and developing leadership skills • promoting personal fulfillment of young people and voluntary community work • development and implementation of local programs for youth development (trainings, youth exchanges, events) Our main programs are: • youth leadership (workshops, 4-step training program Y STYLE) • employability and soft skills for youth (workshops, job shadowing, internship) • foreign languages (speaking clubs, English for NGOs) • youth exchanges (intercultural communication, experience exchange) Our organization is open to cooperation with other organizations and associations. We believe that sharing experiences and swapping ideas is a good way to foster positive development in communities and entire countries.
