AIM is keen on supporting and encouraging young people to get out of the conservative way of thinking and to use their chances to work and cooperate with young people all over the European Union. As a organisation from a country that is a candidat for entrance in the European Union , we want to get close to the European values and to get participation in all the projects, trainings and initiatives in our country and abroad.We use the methodology of non-formal education in our work, encouraging the active and effective participation of young people, especially those with fewer opportunities.The focus is on helping young people to improve their skills and employment prospects by giving them an opportunity to take part in non-formal learning activities at their hometown and abroad. It is a priority for us to underline the importance of intercultural exchange and try to foster in our young members a sense of belonging to Europe. As we were participants on a several Erasmus+ projects, we are determinated to share our knowledge and experience among the young people who are willing to work with us and our partner organizations.
