European Integration and the quest for foreign investment inflow has caused a sharp increase in demand for highly qualified specialists, Especially great for colleges and professional specialists. The Professional and Inclusive Development Education Association is trying to respond adequately and in the socio - political situation in Georgia, to promote the community of persons with disabilities, vulnerable and marginalized population in the integration of professional skills - skills and employment generation in the market place. The goal of establishing the Association - *Population of vocational education and fostering the development of Colleges, -*Participation of Colleges end associated businesses in the policy development of vocational educational system, -*Protection of common interests of the Association at legislative, executive and municipal levels. The programs of vocational education, coordinated with the Ministry of Education and Science and the outlines of the national curriculum. Under those circumstances, the micro-environment of the colleges is not able to meet the disabled persons, Vulnerable, marginalized and displaced young people who are insolvent, we do not want to install other teenagers, and young people want to give them the opportunity to integrate in the society. Mission of The Professional and Inclusive Development Education Association: „Professional education during the whole life for employment and welfare“. · Implementation of the professional educational programs for youth and adults; · Availability of professional educational programs for any and all stratum of the society; · Informal professional education organization and its recognition; · Support to employment of the graduating students; · night of the individuals with limited capabilities, including the UN Convention on the Rights of the Individuals with Limited Capabilities, significance of ratification of the Convention; · Advocacy; · Emphasizing of the individuals with limited capabilities in the media; · Media and ethic norms. / Role of the media in formation of public opinion; · Ethnic minorities and their problems; · Raise of social consciousness; Our greatest wish is to take part in the Project.
