TALATPASA SECONDARY SCHOOL

Talatpaşa Ortaokulu is located in the centre of Bayraklı town of İzmir province which is the third biggest city in Turkey. Our school has been established in 1956 and we have got a headmaster, two second headmasters, 60 teachers, also 1000 students aged between 10 to14.Also our school has got two Special Education Needs Classes wit 19 students with learning difficulties and mental disabilities. The school has got 16 classrooms, one IT modern labs with non-stop network system, and one canteen. Pre-school (kindergarten) department of our organisation has many activities such as handicraft works, drama, group activities and some local projects. Since 2015, our school has conducted many ERASMUS + projects, such as “Every Child is Special ence, the Reuse, Reduce, Recycle,, Child Learning Through Theater and The Technology, Safe School - Succesful Students Okul Learning European Information Network: Active Learning Effective Teaching at School Learning are KA2 projects. School management and staff are always open to innovations, new approaches and projects, willing to implement, and have awareness about this issue.
