The participants will acquire the knowledge and skills (competencies) needed to support the development of entrepreneurship, initiative and creativity of the group. A sense of entrepreneurship and initiative is one of the key competences defined at EU level. The course is based on the use of Start-up Business. It is an interactive, experiential and highly practical form of teaching that will enable participants to experience their own company from the business plan to its real operation. With this hands-on experience, participants can evaluate, based on many factors, whether their initial idea is suitable for business, but also what all the business entails. In this activity, the participants have the opportunity to share the business ideas and discuss about their ideas. Also they will find the opportunity to collaborate each other. The participants work in teams and thanks to this they also develop soft skills and so-called "entrepreneurial" competences.
