Young Change Makers Sweden

YCM is an organisation that focuses on young people between the ages of 12-30. From ethnic minority backgrounds and economically disadvantaged areas. The aim is to tackle youth imprisonment, homelessness, joblessness and mental health issues, that have been raising due to the many changes that have been made for the past few years. Rehabilitating ex youth offenders to help reintegrate into society as well as young people who come from migrant backgrounds who struggle with integration. We help them with coaching, mentoring and career guidance. We work towards prevention methods as well as rehabilitation support.
