Terra Kapadokya Women's Cooperative

Our cooperative implements projects to support the economic and social participation of women, youth, and disadvantaged groups. Ceramics is our primary focus, using it as an educational tool to improve the quality of life for these groups. Our cooperative, comprised of experts in ceramics, music, foreign languages, and digital literacy, also works in cultural heritage and eco-tourism. We prioritize training for entrepreneurial women in need of support, offering courses in digital literacy, branding, and financial literacy to empower them. We also hold ceramics workshops for children, providing opportunities for self-expression and quality time with their families. Finally, we conduct ceramic projects that contribute to the region's cultural heritage.
