4Community

4Community is a Polish organisation operating at the intersection of civic education, digitalisation, sustainable development and international cooperation. Our mission is to support young people and social organisations in building a more engaged, resilient and aware civil society. We implement educational projects, youth mobility programmes, workshops and initiatives based on European values such as solidarity, human rights, equality and democracy. At the heart of our activities is the development of future skills – both digital and social – through innovative methods such as educational games, immersive tools (AR, AI), participatory activities and intercultural projects. One example is the programme ‘Union of Values – 20 Years of Dialogue’, which brings together young people from different EU countries to reflect on the future of Europe. Our educational game Smart City teaches young people about sustainable development and the digital transformation of cities. We also run an Internationalisation Centre, which supports NGOs in expanding their international influence by strengthening their capacity to cooperate in European projects and build networks. The 4Community team consists of experienced educators, trainers, project and technology specialists who share a passion for creating valuable and lasting social change. We operate locally while thinking globally, promoting civic engagement, creativity among young people and European identity.
