This project aims to strengthen the capacity of public employees to deliver transparent, citizen-centered, and effective services. Drawing inspiration from good practices in countries such as Estonia, the Netherlands, and Spain, the project focuses on digital transformation, citizen participation, efficient service delivery, and transparency. For example, in Estonia the “Once-only” principle ensures that citizens provide their personal data only once, while public institutions securely share this information among themselves, reducing bureaucracy and speeding up service delivery. The project will include job shadowing, training courses, and study visits. Based on the knowledge gained, a “Citizen-Friendly Public Services Guide” will be developed. Project outcomes will be shared through online platforms and disseminated via local workshops. Through this project, public employees will join European cooperation networks, transfer good practices in public administration to their institutions, and contribute to improving citizen satisfaction.
