ANDA Cowork is a socio-cultural hub and coworking space based in Granada, Spain, combining collaborative work environments with a strong community and social mission. Alongside its coworking activities, ANDA designs and hosts non-formal educational, cultural and artistic initiatives aimed primarily at young people aged 18–30, including local youth, international students, Erasmus participants, NEETs and young people with fewer opportunities. ANDA’s activities focus on inclusion, empowerment, participation and intercultural dialogue, using creative and participatory approaches such as theatre, movement, visual arts, crafts and collective making. Many activities are free of charge or low-cost, in order to reduce economic barriers and ensure accessibility. The organisation regularly collaborates with local associations and social organisations, developing projects with migrants, people experiencing social exclusion and other underrepresented groups. A key element of ANDA’s work is its participatory approach: young people are actively involved in the co-design of activities and projects through community meetings and co-creation workshops. This strengthens ownership, civic engagement and the relevance of the initiatives. ANDA also integrates environmentally sustainable practices (reuse of materials, upcycling, waste reduction) and digital tools to support creative expression, collaboration and communication. Through its local and international activities, ANDA aims to contribute to the values and priorities of Erasmus+ Youth, promoting inclusion and diversity, active participation in community life, and intercultural learning at European level.
