The Albanian Non-Governmental Organisation “SEKTRA”, (a.k.a HECTYE which stands for “Health, Economy, Culture, Tourism, Youth and Environment”),aims to study, represent, promote and, in cooperation with other entities, to undertake initiatives in the areas of: environment preservation, economy, cultural heritage, tourism development, youth related issues etc.. The objective of the Albanian NGO “SEKTRA”, includes: To conceive and arrange presentation and other activities regarding promotion of health and awareness of health-related problems; To arrange information sessions regarding the European Union and Council of Europe programs; To organize training sessions, surveys and questionnaires regarding issues of econimic development in Albania; To conceive and organize sensibilisation campaigns, training sessions and activities in regards to issues of cultural heritage preservation. To enhance, stimulate and demonstrate care for cultural, educational and formation activities; To publish promoting materials in benefit of cultural heritage and development of tourism; To supervise, encourage and organize various activities, such as: group games, summer and winter camps, visits to diverse places of special interest and activites of sports, humanitarian, touristic and cultural entertainment nature; To arrange various exhibitions with young painters' works;
