Sweducare

Sweducare is working with strategies, internationalization and conceptualization of welfare services within the ECEC sector (Early Childhood Education and Care services for children in the age of 0-6 years). Our focus is on sustainable solutions and development. Our philosophy is that “A sustainable world begins with its children, all of whom have the inalienable human right to education from birth onwards”. The quote is from a Swedish researcher within ECEC services, a researcher who Sweducare is collaborating with. In Swedish preschools lots of teaching is done in non-formal ways and preschools are practicing what we call “a playing learning preschool” there teaching is done within the children’s plays. Outdoor-teaching is a major part of the Swedish preschool and Sweducare has lots of s with preschools focusing on different outdoor concepts. Sweducare promotes entrepreneurial development and supports the Scandinavian values of equality and individual rights. Gender equality has been a goal in Sweden for many years, stating that “both men and women should have the same power to build the society and their own lives.” We have experience working with preschools issues on educational, scientific, strategic and political levels. We also have a broad network with current working educators and teachers willing to participate in projects.
