CADIF KENYA is youth focused non profit that work to promote socioeconomic development in Kenya. we work with youth age 15-30 yrs in promoting volunteerism The work of Cadif Kenya shall be underpinned by its core values, which are transparency, honesty, accountability, integrity, teamwork, and professionalism. since 2010, we have hosted over 50 EVS from Europe and send atleast 20 to Europe STRATEGIC AREAS OF FOCUS Strategic Area 1: Health Strategic Objective: To improve accessibility to quality health system and well- being of youths by reducing the impacts of HIV and making informed healthy decision Strategic Area 2: Education Strategic Objective: To empower vulnerable teenagers and youth through quality education and training services. Strategic Area 3: Enterprise and Livelihoods Development Strategic Objective: To inoculate entrepreneurship culture and improve livelihoods through unlocking of economic opportunities. Strategic Area 4: Capacity Development Strategic Objective: To develop a strong institutional framework of systems, structures, accountabilities and delivers on the mission of CADIF and enhance organizational sustainability. Strategic Area 5: Volunteer Development Strategic Objective:-To increase youth placement and participation in Voluntary Service within local communities and internationally which will serve as an entry point to addressing community socio-economic issues
