Association of citizens Endemika

The Association was founded as a non-partisan, non-governmental and non-profit organization whose goal is scientific and professional research established for an indefinite period of time to achieve the objectives in the field of environmental protection. The association has more active members who are actively engaged in the protection and improvement of environmental protection striving to improve the current situation in the Republic of Serbia in terms of conservation and environmental protection, aiming to concretize some of the stated goals and ideas through the implementation of new projects, which will surely be a new impetus the future of the Republic of Serbia. The system of environmental applications in the Republic of Serbia is slightly congested because the adequate profile and educated people do not deal with the protection and solving environmental problems. To achieve its goals the Association of Citizens Endemika: 1) collects and processes scientific and professional literature in the field of environmental protection and sustainable development; 2) organizes, only, or in association with other organizations, professional meetings, conferences, seminars and other forms of professional education in this field; 3) publish books and other publications on areas related to environmental protection, in accordance with the law; 4) organizes scientific and professional workers to work on scientific, professional and research projects, as well as other experts to work on the education of children and youth in the field of environmental protection; 5) cooperate with universities, professional associations, and other organizations in the country and abroad that deal with environmental protection. The objectives of the Association of Citizens Endemika are: improving environmental protection, education of citizens, especially children and young people about the importance of conservation and environmental protection, organizing activities on the rehabilitation of affected areas, as well as advocacy for change of habits regarding the use and conservation of natural resources, management of natural resources, in terms of dealing with waste materials, development of projects in the field of environmental protection, protection of endangered species and their habitats, development of local action plans, studies on impact assessment, and the assessment of risks to the environment, development of integrated cadastre of polluters, the realization of ecological camps , workshops, etc ...
