Association for youth activism YOUTH VISION Bitola

The Youth Vision association is a youth non-profit organisation that has been active in the field of local and national youth work for several years. We are organising different workshops for the local pupils and students, young people from different ethnic communities and marginalized groups and children. At the same time we are making strong efforts to motivates young people to be more included in local community, to take active participation in their social inclusion and be part in sustainable developing process in our area. We do want to support the young people to develop their creative ideas, to include them to get local and international experience, participating in European youth projects. We see international youth work as a sustainable field where they can learn and exchange values with other cultures and get significant experience from other countries. Our goals are: - Youth Vision is working to motivate youngsters and give well rounded experience which will provide them with highly relevant and useful skills that they can use in their further professional endeavours. We see these gained skills and competences as a strong support, on top of the ones gained through their formal education, in the process of finding better jobs in the future. - Raising the awareness for their rights in our society, with organizing campaigns, making workshops and local activities. - Working on better understanding in multiethnic level. Since we are living in society, where the ethnic groups are sensitive topic for discuss, we do want to encourage youngsters and help them to develop opportunities for knowing each other in order for future working, support and respect Structure The structure of Youth Vision includes Management board and Supervising board, who are in charge of decision making for the association. They are also making the planning process and implementing activities, as well as, the main priorities of the association. Our association has many members with diverse profiles, who are directly and active involved in realization of our aims, objectives and mission. With this we believe that we are giving our contribution for increasing the mobility of the young people and strengthen of their capacities in our area Aim of Youth Vision: Promotion, personal and professional development and generous support and motivation for youngsters in our society Mission Improvement of our society with developing, reinforcing and raising the awareness of young people We do believe that the world can be better place for living.
