European Medical Students' Association EMSA-Prishtina

The European Medical Students’ Association- Prishtina (EMSA-Prishtina) is a non-governmental non-profit organization for medical students focusing on medical education, ethics and science in Prishtina respectively in Europe. EMSA-Prishtina it operates under the following principles and objectives: • To improve the medical education and through it the health system in Kosovo • To support students’ ideas and opinions, and to provide them with an opportunity to make the medical services more responsive to community and societal needs • To improve issues of public health, community service, ethics and culture • To promote volunteering and activism in Kosovo • To facilitate international integration of Kosovar medical students
