Egal’s mission is to contribute to systemic changes in the politics and human-rights protection mechanisms aiming at full recognition of all trans* and LGBI persons’ rights and needs, through establishment of a supportive socio-political environment in the Republic of Serbia. Our vision is to become a leading organization in combating discrimination, stigmatization and human-rights violation of trans* and LGBI persons, and to be recognized publicly, institutionally, regionally and internationally. Our strategic goals can be divided in three main streams: • Providing direct support to LGBTI persons • Changing/improving existing legislation and practices • Raising visibility among general public and gaining supporters
