Jordan Training and Development is committed to following the principles of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights. We are also committed to linking the objectives of our projects to align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. We act in complete accordance with law of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in all of our work, and are guided by Jordan 2025: A National Vision and Strategy as well as the Jordan Response Plan for the Syria Crisis. We also keep the four humanitarian principles of the United Nations at the front of our work: humanity, neutrality, impartiality and independence: - Humanity: means that human suffering must be addressed wherever it is found, with particular attention to the most vulnerable. - Neutrality: means that humanitarian aid must not favor any side in an armed conflict or other dispute. - Impartiality: means that humanitarian aid must be provided solely on the basis of need, without discrimination. - Independence: means the autonomy of humanitarian objectives from political, economic, military or other objective.
