INNOVATIVE GREEN STEPS ASSOSIATION

Our association integrates young people with nature and enables them to look at nature from a different perspective, with 21st century skills of creative and design-oriented thinking, productivity, etc. It supports many skills. With its magnificent balance, nature continues to inspire the artificial systems established by humans for a long time and offer solutions to possible problems. The path of innovation and nature intersect at this point. Innovation, which is completely embedded in our lives, has increased the comfort of our lives and introduced us to new technological products. However, we now know that while different and creative ideas are needed for innovation to be strong and sustainable, we need to turn our direction to nature in order to reach these ideas. Our association has the capacity to provide trainings such as Sustainable Nature Activities, Perma Kültür, STEM-A, Robotics coding and Training Coaching, including approaches to 21st century skills . It organizes activities to create the necessary awareness for young people to acquire the innovation culture.The main theme of our activities is to make young people aware of the necessary qualifications that can produce innovative ideas about the sustainable future and protection of nature. We aim to organize local and international projects on personal development, sports, disadvantaged individuals, disadvantaged areas and to produce solutions to the problems of young people who face cultural heritage, youth entrepreneurship, climate, environment, new technologies, cultural differences and social, economic and geographical barriers. We are an organization that creates opportunities for individuals who want to develop new, different and original perspectives and gain new experience and knowledge for personal and professional development. Our aim is to produce, implement and generalize original and pioneering educational process, having national, global understanding and internalized universal values, being at peace with itself and the world, questioning, researching, analyzing and offering solutions with scientific methods, gaining ecological identity and responsibility, and contributing to the raising of creative, sharing and loving young generations. In the light of the principle of continuous improvement, we intend to progress by preparing and implementing original and pioneering studies for young people, families, clients and educators, and sharing these studies in a national and international framework.In 2017, in order to support outdoor education, we organized a "Nature and Science" camp with the aim of bringing together young people who are stuck in molds with nature with Türdü 100th Year Youth and Sports Club in Muğla's Köyceğiz district. In 2018, we organized a Nature and Science Camp in Portugal / Barcelos with the same team. We brought our young people together with European youth and created an intercultural interaction. In August 2019, our Association President Burçin Taşkesen participated in a project titled "Sex, Gender and Arts" with 11 young people in Vienna. Our young people expressed such kind of things that they couldn’t even tell their friends in their daily lives using art. In November 2019, 12 young people participated in the project called 'Sounds of Tolerance' in Poland. In January 2020, our team leader participated in the project named 'Finance and You' in Lithuania with 11 young people. Our young people have understood how to manage their own economies. In March 2020, our team leader received a training named 'Training on Leadership in Youth Work' in Poland. Our association would lead to open "Sustainable Ecologically Based Nature and Science Camps" in Italy / Venice and Muğla / Akbük in June and July 2020, but we have suspended our camps due to the pandemic process.
