It also has for objective to set up conditions so that practices an alive democracy encouraging the initiative, the grip of responsibility and a practice citizen. The FDMJC advises associations and local authorities in rural sector, in particular on the questions of politics youth and cultural. She structures the organization of the cultural life, the spare time of the young people. She leads experiments to develop the participation of the people. It is structure relay for the European projects of associations as young people they the same. She supports and accompanies the Juniors Associations. The FDMJC federates 32 associations, 8 juniors associations, 5 thematic collectives and 5 municipal services. The FDMJC de l'Aube is affiliated to the Regional Federation of the MJC (Youth and cultural center) Champagne-Ardenne and to the Confederacy of the MJC of France, recognized body of public interest.
