European Union Activities Center Association (EUAC) established in 6 October 2014. EUAC has been conducting evaluation studies about Turkey’s European Union (EU) accession process and carrying out informative activities on the EU at the domestic level and on Turkey’s EU accession process at the international level with its 15-year experience. EUAC has been implementing projects aiming at refugees, volunteers etc. throughout Turkey’s harmonization process to the EU. It has been improving the insufficient practices in Turkey within the scope of EU cooperation. EUAC has a responsibility combating gender based violence and engaging male population to promote gender equality mainly through awareness raising and capacity development. EUAC also challenges with stereotyping and unequal power relations between women and men to promote gender equality, rights and inclusion.
