Avenir en héritage

Avenir En Héritage's mission is to pass on a better future to future generations and to enrich the legacy we have received in new ways. Our approach is based on three main ideas: - opening up to others by building bridges and trying to overcome the barriers that separate us; - autonomy, which is at the heart of our approach to supporting volunteers in civic service, European volunteers, workcamps and internships. But it also concerns our employees, board of directors and partners; - the right to experimentation, insofar as we wish to offer those who join us a space for proposals and experimentation of ideas and practices aimed at improving living together. Our actions focus on a reflection on empowerment, responsibility and sustainability of projects. We plan a test period to validate the partner's motivation and then, using a self-diagnosis tool, we work with them to develop a support plan, with no a priori time limit. The important thing for us is to adapt to the realities of the field. We therefore regularly carry out on-site missions.
