Our language school, located in the north-west of Turkey, has actively been working in this sector with its 20 employees and more than 1000 students. Company headquarters is a smart building, full of technological equipments and is rougly 1000m2. It has 12 classes, 1 exam hall, 1 conferance hall, 1 VIP class, 1 cafeteria, 2 terraces and 2 dormitory rooms which offer to its staff and students a perfect environment for their works & studies. Unlike any other language schools, our school has been aiming to support its NGO under its own shelter called “Makro Organisation”. The main idea of this organisation is to foster self-development of its own members. By planning to use various non-formal education methods during the planned schedule, Makro Organisation does not only offer self-development but also a wide range of free time activities to youngsters, e.g. university students etc. We have conducted many partnerships and youth Exchange programs with European countries since 2017. Some of them are ; ‘Be Green’ Project carried out in Portugal and ‘I Ship Entrepreneurship’ Project in Macedonia. We aim to empower young people to make a positive change in their community. We want to enable access for all young people and youth workers to cross-border mobility opportunities and encourage young people’s engagement in solidarity. So young people in Europe can use their full potential. - Achieve a society in which all young people are environmentally active, educated and able to make a difference in their everyday lifes. - Ensure equal access for all young people to youth organisations and European youth programmes, building a society based on European values and identity. - Foster the sense of youth belonging to the European project and build a bridge between the EU and young people - Ensure equality of all genders and gendersensitive approaches in all areas of life of a young person. - Enable and ensure the inclusion of all young people in society. - Ensure young people have better access to reliable information, support their ability to evaluate information critically and engage in participa - Achieve better mental wellbeing thus promoting social inclusion of all young people. - Create conditions which enable young people to fulfill their potential in rural areas. - Guarantee an accessible labour market with opportunities that lead to quality jobs for all young people. - Integrate and improve different forms of learning, equipping young people for the challenges of an ever-changing life in the 21st century. - Strengthen young people’s democratic participation and autonomy as well as provide dedicated youth spaces in all areas of society.
