The primary mission of Mind Hub is organizing panel discussions, workshops, and training on a variety of subjects including life competences (wellbeing, self-regulation, growth mindset etc.), social entrepreneurship, social responsibility and stress management for young people, students, and entrepreneurs. One of its focus groups is youth aged between 15-29 who have concerns with regards to the future and their career planning and some problems in their life with their disadvantaged backgrounds such as socio-economic status, disability, immigrant backgrounds, cultural differences. Mind Hub helps its participants cope with uncertainty, develop leadership skills in times of uncertainty, and cultivate social solidarity through panels, networking events, and workshops. A specific emphasis of Mind Hub is giving a career planning vision to this young group especially in the pandemic conditions, as well as the daily increasing competitiveness of the job. Mind Hub participants are able to support themselves in the field of self-improvement. "Pushing boundaries in a new world", "Leadership in times of uncertainty", "Coping with ambiguity" and "Social Solidarity and Wellbeing in times of Pandemic" “Growth Mindset for young people in twin transtion” were included in the sessions on helping young people chart their future in an ever-complex world. Mind Hub has also organized an event on the Future of Europe and the role of youth in Brussels. During the event, participants of various backgrounds debated on the current situation in Europe and the place of youth, the priorities of the EU throughout the Conference on the Future of Europe, whether the concerns of European youth are represented and how the EU can become ‘future-proof’ for its younger generations.
