The purpose of the association is to develop, support and promote initiatives for and by youth at local, national and international level to increase the capacity of young people to act in society at social, civic and cultural level. Objectives: - Development among young people and youth workers through non-formal and informal education methods of new personal and professional skills for a better integration in the socio-economic life of the community - Educating young people through active involvement in the rediscovery, capitalization and promotion of authentic democratic and cultural values at national and international level - Increasing the degree of mobility and international cooperation between young people and youth structures by strengthening the spirit of volunteering and active participation to solve the needs of the community - Promoting among young people through creative activities the principles of inclusion, equal opportunities, intercultural dialogue and non-discrimination - Promoting at the level of young people and the community the sustainability of the environment and of the healthy and active lifestyle through campaigns, ecological activities, sports and physical movement Target group: - Young people from Buzau county aged between 14-30 years from all social, cultural, ethnic, economic, gender categories interested in personal and professional development and the activities of the association - Young people with reduced opportunities or in vulnerable groups at risk of exposure to discrimination and marginalization - Youth workers and teachers interested in personal, professional development and the application of the principles of non-formal education to prepare young people for mobility, study, work, social involvement - NGOs, educational institutions, media and other local stakeholders interested in collaborating at social, civic, economic and cultural level to support and promote the activities and results of projects in partnership - Young people and European youth organizations with common objectives and needs for strengthening cooperation and solving problems at individual, group and community level.
