PROACTING APEEM

PROACTING is born from the identification of problems and the absence of solutions that encourage a new direction for the transformation of social reality. Thus, it recognizes the current problems and needs, especially in the spectrum of young generations and in the field of social inclusion, entrepreneurship, employability and innovation. Knowing, a priori, the immense challenges and barriers imposed on the young generations for personal, social, and professional development, PROACTING aims to be a vehicle for access to new experiences that enable not only their skills development - as well as their recognition and conceptualization - but also the access to opportunities that enable individuals to reflect, (co)create and act in favor of an internal and external change. In this way, our intervention focus, although not limited to this group, on young people and on the relationship/interaction that exists between the individual and his community and society. We intend to provide and train new skills, new learning and new experiences to all those who identify problems and needs and who effectively understand their active role in building a new path.
