MTÜ De Structura

De Structura (DS) is a non-profit organisation founded in 2021 with a two-fold mission. First, DS aims to strengthen emerging art professionals by providing the necessary knowledge, connections to a larger community of art professionals and creating frameworks to realise their ideas. Second, De Structura aims to bring forward the projects they create, make their ideas heard by institutions and decision makers of the sector and to build connections between art professionals and the audience to facilitate collective action towards positive change. De Structura primarily focuses on four key areas of work: collaborative art projects, network facilitation, advocacy, and capacity-building. The organisation has a special emphasis on empowering emerging art professionals, individuals aged 21 to 35, engaged in diverse roles within the art and culture sector.
