INOS is a non-governmental organization dedicated to strengthening democracy, good governance, and civic participation in North Macedonia and beyond. Through research, education, innovation, and policy advocacy, INOS fosters inclusive, evidence-based decision-making and empowers individuals and communities to actively engage in democratic processes. The organization collaborates with a broad network of local and international partners to promote human rights, social innovation, and sustainable development, ultimately striving to build a more just and equitable society. Our vision is to create a world where education, research, innovation, and socio-economic development progress hand in hand. We strive to be a catalyst for positive change, encouraging individuals and communities to reach their full potential and contribute to the betterment of society. We are working on diverse projects focused on: youth and rural woman empowerment, artificial intelligence, the development of adventure tourism, research activities, developing e-learning platforms and study programs., eco-activism, and environmental issues.
