Burdur Directorate of Health, as the local representative of the Ministry of Health of Türkiye, serves to protect and improve individual and community health at the highest level. Adopting a reliable, inclusive and innovative approach in health services, the institution aims to support a lifestyle where everyone can access the right to health. The Directorate provides a wide service network with 8 State Hospitals, 1 Oral and Dental Health Centre (ADSM), 10 Community Health Centres, 26 Emergency Health Services Stations, 1 Emergency Health Command Control Centre, 59 Health Houses, 100 Family Health Centres, 1 District Health Directorate, 1 Public Health Laboratory, 2 Migrant Health Centres and 2 Healthy Living Centres. The institution employs a total of 4,500 personnel working in 50 different specialities. Burdur Directorate of Health continues its mission to protect and improve public health by providing health services for all segments of the population in line with national and international strategies.
