Project Society Association is an organization that comes in with the vast experience of its founding members. The main purpose of the Association is to ensure equal opportunities, social inclusion and sustainable development of the community by designing, organizing, conducting and promoting activities and projects regarding the training and continuous development of community members (students, young people, adults, people from vulnerable categories). Among the objectives of the association, but not limited to them, are: • the development of human resources for the sustainable development of the community; • running programs to support children, youth and adults, in order to acquire the necessary training for a good personal and professional achievement in life; • provision of counseling and guidance services; • promoting the child's right to extracurricular, alternative, diverse and open education, of the best quality, starting from an early age; • encouraging permanent alternative education for adults; • promoting free, non-formal education (in the direction of preparation for life; educating attitudes and mentalities, behavior in society, in school, in the family; training the capacities of young people to define and delimit their aspirations and needs, to innovate, to acquire the capacity for self-management, with a good integration in social life); • increasing the quality of services offered at the community level for the socio-economic inclusion of people from vulnerable categories; • providing management consultancy, access and management of community funds; identification of financial resources, including financing programs and projects for communities’ integrated development. Drafting, implementing, monitoring and providing technical assistance and support, as appropriate, for such projects; • promoting human rights, cultural diversity, equal opportunities and non-discrimination; • organization of lobbying, colloquiums, symposia, debates, with the objective of accessing European funds for the integrated development of communities; • promoting initial and continuous professional training and supporting workforce specialization; • editing and disseminating own publications related to the object of activity of the Association; • providing activities in the field of public relations and communication; • business and management consulting activities; • performing research and studies in social sciences, market research and public opinion polling.
