RadoVan is a Czech non-profit organization founded in 2019 by Jan Havel, a social worker, and Tomáš Koubek, a physiotherapist. The association focuses on integrating people with disabilities into society by supporting their independence, self-confidence, and quality of social functioning. RadoVan also provides assistance to informal caregivers and families with specific needs. The organization offers a range of programs, including: RadoWork: The first shared open-space workplace in the Czech Republic designed for people with disabilities, featuring full-time assistance. RadoBar: A barrier-free café that serves as a coworking space during the day and hosts cultural and educational events in the evening. Adventure Trips: Unique outdoor experiences for adults with physical disabilities, both in the Czech Republic and abroad, aimed at fostering friendships and social connections. RadoVan is committed to raising awareness about the challenges faced by people with disabilities and their caregivers. Through innovative projects and inclusive activities, the association strives to create a supportive environment where individuals with disabilities can thrive and participate fully in society.
