Club "The House" - Youth for a United Europe

Club "The House" – Youth for a United Europe is a Latvian-based NGO with 30 years of experience. We unite energetic young leaders, thinkers, and doers who are driven to create meaningful change in their communities, organizations, and policies. Since our early beginnings, we have successfully implemented over 50 projects, reaching more than 300,000 people across 18 municipalities in Latvia. We also maintain active collaborations with ministries, embassies, and EU networks, allowing us to amplify youth voices at both the national and international levels. Our membership exceeds 800 dedicated individuals, guided by over 30 coordinators, and we hold seats on multiple consultative councils such as NEPLP’s council and the Volunteering council. In every initiative we undertake, we follow three core principles. First, we focus on sustainability, ensuring that any impact we create endures well beyond project completion. Second, we emphasize collaboration, believing in the power of strong local and global partnerships to achieve shared goals. Third, we nurture the can-do spirit of young people, empowering them to see opportunities in every challenge. Our main thematic areas include: (1) Youth and youth worker empowerment, where we shape future civic leaders; (2) policy advocacy, contributing to the development of both local and international youth strategies; (3) digital transformation, where we deploy AI and other tech solutions to streamline NGO work; (4) inclusive education, promoting creative solutions to social and climate challenges. We work regionally and internationally to ensure that youth involvement is not limited to major cities but expanded to underserved areas. Our team consists of committed staff, volunteers, and process leaders who bring solid experience in youth work, digital projects, and community-building. By drawing from a diverse pool of 800 active members and a broader network of allies, Club "The House" guarantees smooth project execution and wide-reaching results.
