Arlienly was founded by refugees with a strong passion for empowering the next generation of Eritrean immigrants—children, youth, and budding entrepreneurs. Our mission is to boost digital literacy while creating a safe and engaging online community. We teach young people to recognize social media misinformation and disinformation, helping them protect their mental health while confidently navigating the digital world. In addition to empowering youth, Arlienly offers vital IT support to local businesses by assisting with website development, digital marketing strategies, and leveraging cloud technology. We foster growth by mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs within the Eritrean community. To take our initiative even further, we host hackathons for children, using Scratch programming to introduce them to coding and interactive digital literacy. These events celebrate Eritrean culture by encouraging young minds to create projects that reflect their rich traditions, including art, music, and stories. By blending technology and heritage, we help integrate Eritreans throughout Europe and the UK, fostering a vibrant, connected community driven by digital skills and entrepreneurship.
