Junior Chamber International (JCI) is the only worldwide non-political and non-sectarian youth service organization. It is an international community of citizens between the ages of 18 to 40[1] with the aim and purpose of creating positive changes in the world. The organization believes that these changes must result from one taking "collective action to improve themselves and the world around them." While non-sectarian, JCI has a religious element in their official creed. JCI mission To provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change. JCI vision To be the leading global network of young active citizens. JCI values We believe: That faith in God gives meaning and purpose to human life; That the brotherhood of man transcends the sovereignty of nations; That economic justice can best be won by free men through free enterprise; That government should be of laws rather than of men; That Earth's great treasure lies in human personality; And that service to humanity is the best work of life.
