Krusninger

Krusninger is a non-profit organisation based in Norway that develops young entrepreneurial talent and makes it easier for young people to create their own jobs and projects. We work primarily with youth and young adults (16–30) who have ideas, initiative and curiosity, but who often lack the right arena, network and support to take the next step. We design and run programmes such as entrepreneurship camps, fellowships and learning journeys, often in collaboration with public agencies, schools, foundations and ecosystem partners. Our approach combines hands-on “learning by doing” with strong role models, mentoring and a concrete path forward after each activity. Krusninger is especially focused on: Youth entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial learning Inclusive entrepreneurship (girls/young women, diverse backgrounds, rural regions) Cross-border collaboration in the Nordic and European context
