Roam Wild is a family-run outdoor adventure and education organisation based in County Kerry, Ireland. We design and deliver inclusive, high-quality outdoor learning through rock climbing (indoor & outdoor), guided hiking, and nature-based team building/outdoor skills. Our work is grounded in experiential learning and Universal Design for Learning (UDL), with a strong focus on access, belonging, and meaningful participation for all. A key part of our mission is adapted adventure: we create supportive programmes for participants with physical and intellectual disabilities, as well as neurodivergent young people and adults (including ASD/ADHD). Sessions are structured, coach-led, and confidence-building, with clear communication, achievable progression, and a strong emphasis on autonomy, wellbeing and teamwork. We work with schools, youth services, disability organisations, community groups and adult learners, and we’re experienced in partnering with local and national agencies to deliver impactful programmes.
